At Northvale Developments Ltd we engage in all areas of the Construction Industry from project conception, full construction through to completion.

On contractual projects we afford clients certainty with regards to build cost and duration.
We are totally self-sufficient with regards to equipment, machinery and personnel.
All personnel hold a valid FAS approved Safe Pass and are also compliant with the FAS Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS). Our Electricians are RECI/ECSSA registered with our Plumbers being RGI registered.
We are supported by a network of associated professional such as the Civil, Structural Engineering firm of Collins Engineering Limerick, the Architectural services provided by Icon Architecture and the Auctioneering/Letting services provided by Asset Property Services Ltd.
In addition we are supplied by long established reliable suppliers across all categories such as Kelly of Fantane/ Kilsaran & ONiell Concrete, McMahons & Cork Builders Providers, Munster Joinery, PJ Matthews etc.
We hold a Comprehensive Insurance Cover which allows us to undertake all related works on/off site.
We are fully Tax Compliant and hold a relevant Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Offices of the Revenue Commissioners.
We are presently seeking Property Development opportunities predominately in the Greater Munster Region, however all locations will be considered. We wish to seek sites with FPP for a single Bespoke Designed Dwelling to those with FPP for a Cluster Development. It would be our intention to offer quality housing for sale in a quality location at exceptional value for money.
We are also seeking invitations to tender for select Contractual Works for Civil Engineering Projects and for Private Home/Extension construction coupled with Commercial Builds. Upon invitation we are offering an obligation free quotation for such projects
